Looking for 2 -4 unit multi-family in Asheville and surrounding area

I'm hoping to broaden my search and connect with developers, wholesalers, etc. I'm approaching the one-year mark on my first house hack, which has yielded a 16% CoC return. I'm eager to replicate the process, but I've been closely monitoring the MLS and there's a lot less than last year.
