Hello everyone, 

I live in Florida and looking to buy a piece of land in the mountains. The plan is to buy the land and when I pay off the loan, build a cabin. I want to stay relatively close to Florida. I plan to drive to the property after the cabin is built, therefore I don't want to drive more than 15 hours. I want to work with an experienced realtor who specializes in selling vacant land.
