Looking For Leads Manager....

Looking to hire a part time assistant to act as our leads coordinator. We currently have a system that generates leads and we need help for someone to follow up on these leads and set appointments.

About This Role

You will primarily work on our qualified leads. You will coordinate them with the rest of the team so all leads get addressed in a timely manner.

Specifically You Will

• * Meet with the team a few times a week
• * Talk to the team over slack
• * Part time 4+ hours
• * Call Qualified Leads
• * Call Prospects
• * Document Calls
• * Schedule automated follow up calls
• * Learn to use our lead systems (REIBlackbook (CRM), Asana (Task Management System), and BatchLeads (Our Prospecting System))

Skills

• * Strong on the phone
• * Comfortable dealing with difficult people
• * Speaks clearly and concise
• * Great note taker
• * Self starter & willing to learn new things
