Looking For Seller Financing Real Estate Property

I am a very new member of the bigger pockets family. Our landlord sold our home and our lease expires in March. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to find and secure seller financing real estate, available in Philadelphia, Pa? I am specifically hoping to build a relationship with a real estate agent who is well versed in seller financing and has properties available to purchase via seller financing (in almost any condition). My husband is a contractor and can rehab any property…just not looking for anything with major structural issues. Thanks in advance!
