Good morning I have an interest in a 4plex in Idaho. Does anyone have any leads on lenders in that area. Not super happy so far with the lenders we have had contact with. Thanks

    @Jim Harper Which ones have you talked with and what about them is unsatisfying to you? There are several who offer lower down payment options for investment properties if that is what you are looking for.
