Looking For Contractors In The San Fernando Valley (2 properties In Escrow)

Hello everyone,

Robert here, new to BP!

I'll make this quick.

I'm looking for contractors to work with, currently closing escrow on two properties in a few days.

One is in West Hills, Ca and the other in Arleta, Ca.

I have access to both properties where we can walk through go over my plans/ideas and work/budgets. Always open to ideas of course.

I'm building a team where we understand each other, can work well, and build a relationship. I'm here for the long haul.
