Looking to work with new contractors in Maryland for my fix and flips. Any recommendations on contractors who are reliable, good quality, and priced reasonably?

Something you can do is work backwards from permitting office website. Look up the address of a house that has been renovated, find the permits for the work, there will be a license # attached showing which contractor filed the permit. You can work backwards from there to contact them
