Private Money Deal

Hi everyone.

My husband Jeremy & I have been real estate investors for 10 years in the Portland, OR market. We primarily focus on flipping houses, but just starting to expand into LTR and MTR.

We work with hard money and private money to fund our deals, with great returns to our investors. We have a deal we are closing on the 29th and looking for additional private money to close the deal. We currently have hard money solidified and looking for gap funding, but also open to different financing structures.

Our company is called Samson Consulting, you can check out our website www.samsonconsulting.com and our IG @samsonconsulting to see some of our work. If anyone is interested in a new partnership, would love to connect and talk about what we have happening and see if we would be a good fit to work together.

Thank you, Jennifer Ornelas
