As a Real Estate investor myself, I struggled with the idea Turf and when i used it on some sites, the smell after the pets used them were terrible.

Don't worry there is a solution to the problem. I have started a company that specializes in the cleaning and refreshing of Artificial Turf. The multi-step process with have the Turf looking good as new and smelling fresh as the day it went in. Not to mention will help extend the overall lifespan of the synthetic grass.
