looking for an angel investor/private money partner in real estate
I'd like to find a good deal on my own and then collaborate with that individual(partner) to help fund the deal with a mixture of private money and hard money to work together on the flip and then split profit 80/20. 80% for the partner and 20% for me!
I'm really interested in just the experience and building a relationship to do more in real estate! In short, I'm good at the acquisition but not so great in the funding/experience department!
If I could bring you a good deal and the numbers work, would you be interested in partnering?
