Referral for Engineering/architect in NYC

Hello,

I have some violations in some properties located in Queens NY and I am looking for an Engineer or Architect to help me resolve it. Expeditors I have consulted are not able to help and the one I previously worked with couldn't finish the job. I am hoping to find a referral via this means.
