My wife and I are experienced real estate investors in North and South Carolina. My wife is a real estate broker in NC and SC. Currently, we're setting our sights on the Detroit real estate scene and are on the lookout for a friendly buyer's agent to join us on our property-hunting journey.

We're in the market for an agent who can:

• Share some local wisdom about the areas where we're considering investments.
• Personally check out properties on our behalf, just to make sure they meet our criteria.
• Show us properties through video calls or virtual tours, so we can get a good feel for them.
• Tag along when we visit Detroit, making the property viewing process a breeze.
• Advise or recommend local lenders

It's important to note that we're committed to doing our own due diligence, as we want to make the most of our time and respect our chosen agent's expertise. We aren’t going to give you the run around.
