Recommendations for an INVESTOR FRIENDLY REALTOR in Sonoma County, CA

I’d like to spend under 100k CASH on a long term rental property within 2 hours of my home in Sonoma County in NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. 

I’m not having any luck. 


Before I commit to investing OUT OF STATE (Detroit, Johnson City, Tennessee, etc) I’d like to connect with a LOCAL INVESTOR FRIENDLY REALTOR here in Sonoma County, CA.
