What type of real estate agent is best if I'm trying to sell rented SFR?

I have about a dozen single family houses in one subdivision in Houston (77044) and I'd like to find a real estate agent to sell these for me--either as a group or individually to other investors..rather than to wait until leases expire and sell them more traditionally.

I've talked to a few realtors about this -- but it is not really something they understand too well.

I'm in Austin so these homes are about 200 miles away from me.

Any suggestions for best way to market rented houses to other investors (other than Bigger Pockets, of course)?

American Residential Properties, Inc (NYSE: ARPI) had 830 properties in Houston as of the end of their 2013 Q3... they're probably interested.
