Dave and Sean here. We're an uncle and nephew, investor and contractor team from Ireland, living in CA. 

I've been frequenting SB since 2006 and I just love it there...So we decided it's time to start investing in the area. We're interested in collaborating in everything from flipping to wholesaling to foreclosures to rentals and have substantial capital ready to go. We're looking for deals, general contractors, handymen, agents, lenders, title companies, property management, insurance agents, inspectors and real estate attorneys in order to put a legit team together there.
