Looking an investor to mentor an intern in Chicago

I'm an international student who graduated in 2021 with a background in Communication and Digital Marketing. Over the past 1.5 years, I've been involved in shipping luxury cars across the country, allowing me to save up some capital. Inspired by countless hours of listening to the BiggerPockets podcast, I've delved into the world of real estate. 

I’m 24 years old, speak Russian, Lithuanian and English, have skills of videography and marketing. Are there any opportunities for me to intern?
