Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

I am an older investor who is retiring soon.  I have my retirement plan in place and now am looking to sell four last homes in Benton, Arkansas.  These homes don't need any work that I know of and they are all rented.  All four homes have a value of over $400,000 if Zillow is correct.  I am open to selling for $350,000 if you buy all four (and no commissions.)

These homes are professionally managed.  I may or may not have the answers to any questions right away, but I will get it. If you want to take a look inside, just let me know and I will get you in touch with the property manager.
