Looking for Investment Opportunities for Industrial Buildings in DuPage/Kane County

I am an investor currently looking for industrial properties in DuPage or Kane counties. Prefer something from 5K to 40K SF, single or multi-tenant. Prefer large warehouse and small office ratio. We are looking for investment grade properties at a good price and are willing to renovate as needed.
