Hello, We are investors up in Minnesota.  We have done fix and flips as well as buy and holds.  But only in Central, MN.   Please help us find a fix and flip near Georgetown-Leander or nearby in TX.   We are up in Minnesota, but have family connections and have spent some time in Austin area.  We would like to get into something to spend our winter fixing up then sell in a few months or keep and rent it out.
