Starting Out With The End Goal In Mind & Building A Team

Hello All, 

I hope this post finds everyone well and thank you in advance for taking some of your time to read my post, I appreciate it. 

To provide a little background, I have been listening to BiggerPockets and learning about RE Investing since 2017 when I was a sophomore in College. I plan on buying my first property before the end of 2023 or in the first quarter of 2024 and am looking to build my team before purchasing. 

I am searching for a Real Estate focused/experienced tax professional who can help me with the following: 

- Help me construct a plan to purchase RE investments as tax efficiently as possible 

- Complete my taxes 

- Answer RE & business tax questions 

Overall, I am looking to connect with & start a long-term relationship with a tax professional who can help me orchestrate my RE investing ventures and who can provide advice from a tax perspective. 

I'll be relocating to San Diego, CA in Jan. of 2024 but am open to long-distance recommendations as I am comfortable working with a tax professional both in person and remotely. 

Does anyone have any recommendations for any tax professional I should reach out to?
