CPA and Book Keeping Help That Understand Real Estate Investing

I am in need of a person who can both keep books for my companies, prepare my annual tax returns and help give advice on how we can better position ourselves to reduce tax burden. I am looking for recommendations from anyone who has used someone to do this. I am a small investor with right at 10 doors, we usually flip and renovate around 8 homes a year and we own a custom home building business just west of Fort Worth.
