Need property management for North Dakota

Hi all,

We currently own 24 units around Devils Lake North Dakota. We have 16 units (2 buildings) in one town and 8 units (2 buildings) in another. We have a property manager in place but feel like they are stretched too thin. We are currently struggling to make the money we thought we would because of a lack of follow-through on getting the renters to pay. My wife and i feel like we have to babysit our property manager to get the job done. We are in search of a new property manager or company to help us handle this. Please let me know your thoughts?
