Seeking reliable and competent Contractor referral for gentle rehab on Duplex

Hi All,

We have our first out of state property in Cleveland, OH and are looking to replace a "contractor" we were referred to who performed extremely sub-par work. We need a bunch of cosmetic work to get these units market ready, so any solid contractor or carpenter referrals from the network would be so very appreciated.
