New Investor Looking to Get Started in Orlando, FL Market

Hi, 

I´m Graham. Looking to build a team and get started in Orlando with single family homes and small multifamily for long term buy and hold cash flow. 

I live out of State. 

I´m looking for an investor friendly agent, property manager, contractor, plumber, etc.

Starting a team from scratch and looking for the best possible talent to help me make my Real Estate passive income dream a reality. 

I´ll be at the BP conference in Orlando next week, flying in Saturday. So would like to meet local Orlando people when I´m there to try to fill the spots on the team and would also like to see some open houses is possible as well, to get to know the area and some of the current options.
