Off Market Multi-Family/Retail Rochester, NY

Hello,

I am looking for a partner to invest in an off market opportunity in the Rochester area. The portfolio is a multi-family/retail package that contains around 50 residential units and 10 retail units. We are not local to the area and wanted to see if there is any interest in some type of partnership for this deal.
