Looking for properties in the Shreveport/Bossier market

Hi all, first post here. My company is expanding into real estate and we closed on 1 unit a couple weeks ago with 3 more units about to close in the upcoming days/weeks.

I'm now looking mainly for seller finance properties in Shreveport/Bossier that are:

- Vacant or Occupied, either is fine

- Under 75k

- 2b+/1ba+

- 1950 or newer (but can make exceptions)

- Turnkey, rent ready, or very close to rent ready
