ISO CPA experienced with LTR & STR do my taxes AND provide advice. Near ATL

We own one LTR and recently purchased a STR in another state. 10 yrs ago we purchased 2 LTR and had a CPA do our taxes. She said it's all just income and offered no advice on what we should be doing to get the best tax benefits so I went back to using Turbo Tax to file. With the STR I know Turbo Tax will not cut it. We need someone who will file for us and also advise so that we are properly prioritizing our spending. South of ATL would be great but we know that's probably asking too much :)
