Full service or hybrid Property Management

Hello, My company, Ledgeview Commercial, is available to provide full service property management in the Manchester - Concord NH corridor.

We're also able to provide a hybrid management model using Appfolio. Hybrid in the sense that your portfolio is built into our database and we handle many of the tasks relating to administration, accounting, lease enforcement, and rent collection. However, anything requiring a physical presence at the property( showings, maintenance, inspections, etc..) would be handled by the home owner. This is available in most US states and details would be spelled out in our contract.
