Due Diligence - Physical Inspection

I'm looking for qualified trades people to help with the due diligence inspection of the physical buildings at complex outside ot Tyler, TX., it's a 7 building, 28 door property.  I am looking for referrals for a roofer, foundation/concrete, brick mason, electrician,  HVAC, and plumbing.  I am also in search of a good property manager and an attorney.
