Clients looking for Single Story SFR in Fullerton, CA

My clients have a growing family and are looking to buy & upgrade their next home in Fullerton, CA. They would prefer a single story and anything that has a midcentury modern style to it. 3 car garage is preferred but willing to look at 2 car garages as well. They are not afraid to put in their own rehab work to upgrade the home to their liking. Not afraid of any fixers. We have seen everything on the MLS currently including expired, cancelled, withdrawn. Letters are going out to the neighbors in the area, but any referrals for homeowners looking to sell in Fullerton would be great!
