Any recommendations for an investor friendly General Contractor in Florida that services  Hillsborough County  surrounding Tampa area  and Bradenton FL area.

 Go to the local forums, HOWEVER all GC'S hear that, give me a good price and I will give you more business. Do you know what a good price is? You need to connect with those doing deals in the area. You have no experience there, and it is going to extremely difficult to find good deal there, SO overpriced. So show your deals ( but you do not have any yet) to someone doing deals. learn, and you will find contractors
