Need Referral Help

Hi, I am a rookie working on getting our first property ready to rent. As I look at the following few properties in the area, I will need to find a contractor that does drywall repair and painting in high-end homes (~$1M). Additionally, I am looking for referrals for a contractor that can do complete rehabs. I hope some of you who are more experienced can provide good referrals. I appreciate your help.

Our min in Columbus is $100k on a Reno, new builds are $200k. Cinci I could add it's 70 min from here. would have to be the right size deal. licensed general. we do projects all over central oh, I'm doing a new build now in newark, we bid in Washington Court House, Circleville, other markets up to an hour a way so cinci isn't bad.
