Referral for hard money lender on Pennsylvania portfolio needed

Can anyone refer me to a hard money lender in Pennsylvania? I have 9 doors among three properties under contract with an existing landlord who is about to lose them for delinquent utilities/taxes. We are under contract for 60k and repairs needed are estimated at 15-20k. Is this too small of a loan amount? Both partners have good personal finances with existing real estate experience.
