Seeking Mentorship/Coach, and Overcoming Challenges

I'm Brandell Mentore, thrilled to be part of this vibrant real estate investing community. As a newcomer, I'm eager to connect with experienced investors who have successfully navigated the complexities of the real estate market.
Currently, without a mentor, I've been diligently self-educating since September, actively participating in other social platforms and now BP. I recognize the immense value a mentor brings in terms of strategy, risk management, and decision-making. If there are experienced investors here who align with my goals, I'd greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect.
One specific challenge I'm working on is effectively analyzing properties and creating compelling deal packets. In my pursuit of knowledge, I recently invested in Michael Blank's SYNDICATED DEAL ANALYZER. This weekend, I plan to fully immerse myself in learning the ins and outs of these tools to enhance my confidence in crafting professional presentations for investors and lenders.
