I'm an investor/builder and an engineer, I started an LLC 3 years ago, with experience in flipping. I'm building a 7300 sq ft luxury ultra-modern Smart AI estate in Paradise Valley, AZ with top-of-the-line materials and appliances and I'm looking for a silent partner/investor to finish the project with me.

All plans are City of Paradise Valley approved, I have an experienced GC and crew, we are ready to build, I have the loan in place but due to unforeseen circumstances, delays and raising rates the budget increased and reserves decreased.

Terms to be discussed and agreed, I'm opened to every possibility, including partnering for future projects in the pipeline.
