I have been on the ground here in the Kansas City area as a real estate investor & practitioner since 2011. The currently portfolio is performing well. Now we're taking things to the next level. My team and I have the operations down from the acquisitions to the management and dispositions. Investors who partner with us will have the opportunity to invest without personally having to do all of the day-to-day operations as an investor.
In today's market, we're seeing some of the safest, consistent and most rewarding long-term returns on the residential side, single-family homes, as long-term cash flow investments. The barrier to entry along with our investment model has allowed such.
Our main focus and some general parameters for our investment portfolio:
Property Values: Single Family Homes with a current or after repair value between $150,000 and $250,000
Bedrooms: 3 or 4
Bathrooms: 1 - 3
Property Age: Built in 1950 or later
Garage: 1 or 2
Basement: Poured concrete or crawlspace
