Ohio is one of the most popular destinations for turnkey investing. Folks from California, New York, Denver, Portland and various other expensive markets are always getting persuaded to go to places like Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Youngstown or Toledo. 

It can be very tempting to come here to Ohio to buy some super cheap Section 8 properties in all of these cash flow markets. Just remember ya'll, it's a tough business. It's a tough ride. Many of these tenants act like complete and total animals. Trust me I've made millions managing 1,000's of them in many of the above markets. It's not just an Ohio thing either.
