Building a team in Augusta, GA
Hey BP,
I am looking to purchase a property in Augusta in the next 90 days. I need a team! Does anyone already have a good real estate agent, contractor, and possibly a wholesaler that they know and trust? Will be looking for a PM once it’s turned over for tenant use.
Long story short, I am looking to either BRRRR or house hack a property that my family and I will move into for about 7 months before moving again (2 PCS in 8 months…).
looking for a property that needs light to moderate TLC below market value, preferably in Evans, Martinez, North Augusta, or Grovetown.
