Looking for Mentor

Hello, I'm looking for a mentor in Milwaukee to do my first BRRRR. I'm a good person getting a late start in investing (46) and want to build a strong future for my 3 year old son. I'm looking for connections with HMLs, Investor friendly (quality / affordable) contractors, and wholesalers. I'm hoping to leave my day job in the next five years.

If I get some guidance, I believe I can do my first transaction in February.  I don't really count my duplex I bought as 'doing it the right way'.
