I am currently in the process of purchasing a rental property in Dallas and will soon need help with rehab work. I am looking for any and all types (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Roofing/Flooring/ETC). Or even a jack of all trades handyman. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
