Art House investment
I have secured a condon at the Art House in downtown St Pete’s. I deposited 360k for a 1330 sf condo on the 39th floor with amazing views. The remaining is due upon completion in 2025. Total price is 1.2 million. I have changed plans and no longer interested in living in St Petersburg. Looking for partners or if someone wants to take it over completely. It is located in the best part of downtown st Pete’s. The appreciation on this condo will be very good. A recent building just 2 blocks away by same developer has show great appreciation for those who bought early. The reason I have changed my mind is I am getting married and staying put. Open to a lot of things.
