Lenders: Seeking higher leverage for Multifamily deals
Any lenders who can structure high leverage debt in the 90-95% LTC (70-80% Loan to exit value) range? I'm an experienced (12 years) multifamily turn around investor - and am working on about 80 million in deals right now which I need high leverage debt for. I buy communities that are severely below market and or mismanaged, then bring them to market rapidly, then refinance cash out 100% or sell in 12-24 months. Texas properties.
