I've developed an application, aimed at aiding with cost estimation for house flipping projects. It provides access to a wide-ranging database with over 19,000 cost estimates from various U.S. suppliers and labor sources. The app emphasizes ease of use, offering accurate estimations up to a 10% margin and location-specific insights for property investments.

The interface simplifies the estimation process into a series of 25 questions, making detailed cost analysis more accessible.
