Looking for Tax Preparer/CPA in the Marietta Area

Hello! I usually do my own taxes but I’m definitely going to need the help of a tax professional this year. I think I’ve set up/done everything right throughout the year but I’m looking for a good Tax Preparer/CPA in the Atlanta area who understands the short term loophole to becoming a real estate professional, building a short term rental from the ground up (and depreciating that), and a variety of different income sources 1099 and W2, that I can meet with ASAP to make sure I didn’t miss anything before the end of the year and who can also prepare my taxes in 2024. (I know I should have done this way earlier but it’s been a wild unpredictable year). Any leads helps, thanks!
