Hello BP,

Who here is a specialist or experienced with structuring of installment sales? I am looking to consult with an attorney, accountant or creative financing specialist with the sale of a property in New Jersey. Would love to connect and provide more details of the transaction.

I have done some homework already on installment sale tax treatment, but still want to speak with a professional regarding the specific steps and requirements in executing an installment sale agreement.
