As a Networth agent, we are there to help and support our buyers throughout this entire process and as a company, we offer a suite of services from acquisitions to in-house hard money financing as well as listing services once repaired. We are a full-service, one-stop shop for our buyers! But, we don’t just help our clients. We offer a life-changing opportunity for our agents and we are looking to add you to the team!

• An active Real Estate License (Or be willing to obtain a real estate license)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Continually develop a network of buyers through traditional and alternative marketing methods
• Attend local networking events
• Sell properties in our private inventory
• Identify qualified properties and acquire properties
• Facilitate the sale and acquisition of properties with clients, title companies, lenders, etc
• Use our proprietary software to maintain consistency and accuracy of your sales pipeline
• Determine home values and comparative market analysis
• Meet with potential buyers and sellers of single-family homes
