Intercoastal lot 250k life estate
I have a home on a private Island (no bridge or roads, about 80 homes)
Direct intracoastal deep water just south of Melbourne Fl.
We own lots 8 and 9. Have our house on 8, and would like to do a life estate on 9.
Current 9 is listed for $39999, and the value of 8 (with the house) would be north of $7000,000.
Looking for some one to grant a Life estate on lot 9
If you know some body the may be interested please let me know
