Looking for 1 or 2 investors in a Brookline project.

Hello-

I am a developer/and GC with 30 years of experience.  My husband and I are looking for an investor in a Brookline project that we would purchase, gut rehab and sell as two luxury condos.  We have a large portfolio of  successful past projects in and throughout greater Boston area.  Time frame from purchase to completion is one year.  We have several banks that we work with but would like to have some investor money for the equity portion.  This is the first time we have looked for investors, so please respond if interested and we can discuss.  We are boots on the ground, so to speak- we do all the work for each project - entitlement, permitting, the general  contracting, the interior design - and we have a long list of trusted vendors and subcontractors.
