Looking for a BIC to start a Property Management Venture

Looking for any interested BIC that is willing to hang their license and work with me for a reasonable fee. I'm asking nothing for startup costs, this project will be fully funded and managed by myself. Looking to keep everything within compliance and do things the right way. I will pursue my BIC in 2-4 years, so the agreement would be that length of time.
