Property Managers for Rent by Room after House Hacking

Greetings BP Community!

I wanted to share my experience with house hacking two properties. After moving out, I decided to fully rent them out on a room-by-room basis to maximize income and establish longer-term tenancy. However, I'm facing challenges in finding a property manager who is open to supporting this unique arrangement. It seems most are not willing to accommodate such a setup.

Has anyone come across property managers willing to take on this type of work?
